Ducks-N-Dogs - Waterfowl hunting in Arkansas

Description

Ducks-N-Dogs guides waterfowl hunts out of St. Charles, Arkansas, about 32 miles southeast of Stuttgart in what the outfit calls Arkansas’s “Magic Duck Hunting Triangle,” where the White, Arkansas, and Mississippi rivers converge. Owner and head guide Randy Papa brings 30 years of experience across a network of leased fields spanning roughly 35 miles of the White River area, working flooded rice, bean, milo, and corn fields alongside flooded timber, river sloughs, and cypress swamps adjacent to the White River National Wildlife Refuge. The species list runs long: mallard, wigeon, wood duck, pintail, teal, canvasback, specklebelly, gadwall, black duck, redhead, and geese. Randy also breeds and trains Labrador retrievers on-site, including a state duck-dog champion. Comfortable lodging and dining are included with hunts. For hunters who want an experienced, dog-driven Arkansas duck operation working the White River corridor, Ducks-N-Dogs has three decades behind it.
